What have you done to your Miata today?

Started mine, looked at it, then went back into the house.
I am sure many normal people would think that's stupid or weird.
..but I catch myself going outside, sitting down and staring at my car for a while not really thinking of anything but just admiring the car. Then I walk inside and go on with my day .

Well... mine was more along the lines of reviving it due to being stored for the winter. Damn salt

I'm antsy for spring so I placed an order with Mazdaspeed this morning:
- All coolant hoses (replacing the radiator this year).
- Upper/lower shift dust boot.
- Competition Motor Mounts! - Been putting these off for too long.
- Bracket/Bolts/Cubby - Finally going to properly re-install the head unit using the JDM 2-DIN bezel.
- New dip stick because I broke the top off mine last year after 21 years, so I figure a new one will last just as long.

I also ordered G2 caliper paint kit to repaint the rotors because the Duplicolor stuff I used last time has not help up whatsoever.

Edit: Ordered Carbotech XP8 rear pads and NAPA rotors too. ;) I'm hoping I can get through a few events with what's left of my front pads.

Finished getting the car ready for our season, which may or may not start next weekend... apparently there may or may not be a scheduling issue... and got it back on the ground:

Then serviced the trailer's brakes and bearings, put new wheels and tires on, and set up how I want to secure my new ramps (finally getting rid of the old bent ones).

...and then a CR125 motor exploded onto my workbench.

Clutch is broken in (finally). First full throttle take-off was sweet. Got some plastic pins and firmly attached my A-pillar gauge pod as the 3M double-sided tape experiment didn't work out.

Mine is sitting outside in the snow... should have melted by now. Waiting for another garage to be available, I really want to keep her so I might stop advertising her...

Too many G's for the double-sided tape huh? :D

I got a box full of stuff from Mazdaspeed Motorsports. :)

I guess if you really want to get rid of the 02 SE, you can just have it shipped to my place. I'll give you $4k for it.
