to do an oil change you'd have to remove it ?
What type of aluminum is it , worrying about if it might corrode after a long winter or two ?
Whats the actual weight of it ?
Will it clear AWR oil pan (height wise) ?

The rear brace should be fine, you would have to sandwich the skid tray between the subframe and the brace. The front arm bar is most likely a no go but we have not had a car in with the bar in so we are not 100% either way.

You do not have to remove it to do an oil change. We left enough clearance to get to the drain and the filter.

The skid tray is made from 5052. We went with it because of its superior formability as well as its ability to withstand metal fatigue and stress cracks.

The skid tray weighs 10.5 lbs

We are looking into the clearance on the AWR oil pans.

The final fitment verdict is as follows

Good News:
AWR oil pan is ok
Front tie brace, between the front control arms fits.

Bad News:
The skid tray will not fit with an aftermarket ladder brace which bolts to the back of the subframe.
