^ Hehe point taken, but I don't want to modify this car that extensively. Although I'd probably be thinking about it if Corksport sold their midpipe separately.

I've asked corksport in the past if they would sell a midpipe seperate, it was a no go. Now for the 2, can't confirm.
You know you want it a tad bit lower, you know you do! And disc brakes on the rear, car's shouldn't be allowed to come with drums anymore...

Sounds good, nice and tame. I watched yours along with racing beat's. High quality piece and awesome sound par usual. I gotta get me one of those chassis cams, looks pretty slick.
Today I played around and took the second cat and the resonator and at around 4950-5050 rpm since there is no back pressure the whole thing vibrates and sound like a Honda on steroids. I put back the cat and the sound is almost the same, just maybe 1 percent louder. I took out the muffler and all I can say is damn crazy sounding. LIke V8 loud and gorgeously but way loud.

no videos... but with no cat and resonator it was a bit louder then stock. more at idle then the rest. With cat and no muffler... sounds amazing but extremely loud. A side not is, the second cat take a lot of back pressure, so it forced the muffler to hold back the gases so it became weird at those rpms

interesting. well if theres ever a chance for videos =] id love to hear this sounds very interesting.
im thinking about doing some with the exhaust on my car wheter it be just a new muffler (racingbeat) or full (corksport/whoever) i want a good sound that ppl will be like.....is THAT car making that noise? but not fartcan or ricey.
Yeah I just installed the racing beat ones today. They really do sound great with a deep rumble in and out. Once you hit the highway though, not much sound there... or my music is too loud... >.> . But Def no fartcan or ricey sounds. I really love how it sounds inside now I just have to get rid of the instake. blah.

yeah im thinking about buying the racing beat for now ill stick with just a muffler for now and go full on corksport later =]
after hearing the main contenders (corksport full/racing beat muff/hks silent hi power full)
CS=sounds good but obvi more money cuz full
RB=sounds good but just muff
HKS=sounds decent kinda raspy for full

how many resonators does the 2 have 1 or 2? im thinking of going to a shop the have one cut and replaced to add some beef to the sound.

That's just with the muffler dropped. I did do open header/cat (dropped midpipe) but haven't uploaded the vid. It got obnoxious with just the header/cat.
It's been a while since I took it off but I THINK there were 2 cats, 1 resonator.

Theres 2 Cats on the 2, one monitored by ECU and one that isnt, i think its the one closest to the front of the car thats unmonitored and can be removed, im thinking of doing this also but here in the UK it would probably fails its emissions test on its yearly MOT lol
