Well round 2 @ Mid-Ohio, I believe we'l be running the Pro Course. There is no Hyperdrive at the next two Mid-Ohio events, do it looks like a full on HPDE1 for you guys. Hope to see all of you out there, either on track or out there supporting the rest of the Ohio owners out there running.

Should be a good time for all!

Oh, when did the no hyperdrive happen? The website says there is Hyperdrive at this event. I was planning on going. May have to save some more for HPDE.

I'm not going to be able to get off on the 16th, but I do plan on coming down either Friday or Sunday, whichever day you guys are still going to be there.

Did not see the Hyperdrive on the schedule, nor the registration page.

I will be there signed up for HPDE 2. see you there. I am going to M-0 on friday to drop off the car and get it teched.

I doubt I will be on track that weekend. I will be there to help with everyones cars/ride along on track if possible. Unless I can knock down a pile of overtime. Everyone cross your fingers for me to have some sort of financial windfall so I can get on track!

i may come...i was going to go watch the guys from Know Fear Motorsports run their hondas....but not sure if i'll have the finances, yet...

Saturday and Sunday TT for me as well. I don't think Tom will be able to make it.

I'm hoping to do HPDE. The only thing I need is tires and possibly another set of wheels for them...the new Kumho's (well new in February) have about 9k miles on them, 2 HyperDrives, and 6 20-minute session at Nelson Ledges on them. The front tires don't have a lot of tread left and the rears have a decent amount left. I'm afraid that if I do HPDE, there won't be any tire tread left to get me through daily driving and to work :(

I'll have to see financially how things are going and I'll make a decision in a few weeks. If I don't do HPDE...I'll definitely be out there to watch

There is the BeaveRun alternative on July 3 for $180.00.....You want slicks anyway.

I'm pretty sure I'll just do Beave Run instead, but Mid-Ohio is amazing! Is there another NASA Mid-Ohio event later this year? I might do that later one.

I've been thinking about slicks. I'm having an internal conflict between choosing to race this season and really get into it, or save my MS3 and have a track car for next year lol. The MS3 needs a harness because the regular seat belt isn't enough. My friend had a bruise on his chest from my seat belt at Nelson Ledges LOL. I was a little sore the next day too.

The slicks might lead to even more mods, because I'll want to upgrade the suspension, then the brakes and rotors, etc, etc. It's a path I've been trying to not get sucked down.

Sometimes, I wish I could just sell the MS3 and with the money...buy/build a track car and buy a 5-6k FWD car for daily use...then race race race!! Too bad I can't get someone to let me race their car around...and pay me to do so!! HAHA Maybe one day? (doubt it)

Evan, you sholud check various forums for used tires, like NASA, etc. You may find some good deals on used tires.

Thanks, I'll probably start looking around. I'll need another set of wheels to put them on, so maybe I'll find someone selling a Wheel/Tire combo!

Wow Sat. and Sun. HPDE 1 and 2 are full. Friday only left. So who is going to be there besides Marc?

Looks like I'll be down there now. Christian Maloof needs someone to crew for him and Valerie asked me today if I could. See you guys down there.
