What have you done to your P5 today?

Have had this problem with the throttle stuck when engin was cold, also the cruise control didnt work. Thanks to reading suggestions here i have now cleaned my throttle and both things works like a charm now :-)

PS!
Used WD40 on a toothbrush and some cotton rags to wipe off.

Now i am goin to figure out how to clean the IAC valve...

So...Aparently, the cat I'm running is not directional. I took it in and we flipped the mid pipe, and that seemed to take care of the vibrations against the frame. However...now I need new exhaust gaskets. (gah) Happening today...(rockon)
 
Worked on my rust a little more, ran out of my can of Laser Blue paint. Ugh, $35 for a spray can that only feels half full. This is brutal. Also, feathering the paint out (i think thats what its called when you smooth the edges so you don't have sharp lines) is proving to be kinda difficult without the orbital sander my brother just broke. :(

Kind of a depressing, expensive day. But, on the upside, I finished day two of my new job without a hitch. Just gotta deal with student loans and paying for the rest of the car :( Then struts, which I am in dire need of, and whatever is making that god awful creaking noise in the back. Also gotta finish the audio build. Aaaaand motor mounts.
 
Where do you get a spray can of a Mazda color? I have black mica, and desperately need some body work done on a door and and a re spray...

I got some at a local napa paint place, iirc it was less than $35 for a can. I told the guy my paint code (22V) and he had it mixed and ready the next day. The color matched perfectly (well, at least for my low standards) :)
 
Filled up with gas... 35 MPG. Glad I am seeing a bit better mileage with the price @ $4.42/gal.
 
FINALLY GOT MY MP3 FLASH ECU!

although..didnt feel any really noticable gains :/ idk maybe its just me...semmed to pull a bit more in 3rd at like 3.5k and up..

Here in Denver, we are literally 1 mile high on a daily basis. My other car is a Cadillac which calls for 87 minimum, but for some reason at this altitude premium doesn't make a difference. So I'm told anyway, and I can't tell any difference performance wise.

You won't feel power gains really. You'll notice the smoothness in the powerband though. That makes a lovely difference.
