Hey peeps, need suggestions.. should I weld it and if I do how long will it last?

welded one over a year ago and its still good,and i would do it so you dont have a leak haha

welding cast metal like our manifolds is alwasy a crap shoot. Cast deson't take well to welding, it will slowly crack around the weld, but at least you will get some boost and it should give you enough time to save for a steed or thunder mani. I have seen some people take the manifold off, cut relief spaces into the flange-to-head section to help relieve the stress when the manifold expands under heat. If I can get a pic I will post it up so that you see what I am talking about.

Should be able to get it done for less money than a Thunder manifold and definitely less than a Steed manifold.
