what size tire did you had with 17x8 +45 rims ? I'm thinking of using 235x45x17 thats why I'm asking for clearance with strut body and rear trailer arms

225/45 in front, 215/45 in rear

you're gonna have issues with fender clearance, not strut or trailing arms. But that all depends on how stiff/low your suspension is.
