Turn signal cancels cruise control

So here's one...

2007 CX-9, 40k miles, been great. Its the wife's car, so not sure when this started, but driving it yesterday I noticed the cruise control was canceled. The green "CRUISE" light had turned amber. It happened again, and I correlated it to using the right hand turn signal. The left doesn't do it, only the right. And it does it every time!

We also just had the HVAC fan turning on high after shutting the car down. I was thinking they might be related until I saw the TSB on the fan relay.

Bring your car to dealer to have them fix blowing fan after shutting down. There is a blown fuse.

Not a blown fuse...two faulty relays!

The fan blowing issue happened to me only once in the past (actually last month), and never happened again (knock on wood!!!). After 30 secs, the accessory power will cut off power to anything. The rate of those faulty relays seem very high.
