What have you done to your P5 today?

they look like rota subzero

You are failing to see that the Racing Hart's are the original Subzero's.

^ after reading posts regarding your finding I decided to check mine. While not completely loose, it wasn't tight either...

Tightened it up, we'll see what happens, I've been trying to cure all kinds of crazy hesitation and bucking for some time...

I'm gonna check mine too, has me curious.

i understand that, but there is no center cap or nothing to prove that they are real racing hart. just saying. might be wrong.

I just did mine, tightened it as much as I could. Are you supposed to go as far as you can?

AHA! now i know why i would get fluxuating AFR's while driving every now and then, dam, this makes so much sense
how did i not think to check that before?!!

those are racing harts? look just like rotas...

They look nice tho. But I was curious that they came off his Subaru and dont have center caps.... thought racing harts were limited to mazda (not afraid to sound dumb). is there a way to check if their authentic?

If those are real Racing Hart CP-035's then I'm jealous. I've wanted those ever since I first saw them on a yellow Miata like 10 years ago.

If they're Rota's, they're still cool.

Check the inside of the wheel, they should be stamped somewhere. Kinda like how Enkei stamps their Racing Harts... tee-hee

So I swapped in the P&P'ed intake mani today. Ended up ripping an O-ring on one of the fuel injectors again. I hate it when that happens. I found a couple universal boxes at advance and ended up sealing it. I have to find a new one soon though and do it right. Probably tomorrow. Oh and I forgot to screw on the EGR pipe onto the intake mani so I have a crazy vacuum leak. All in all a pain in the ass and I can't wait to hook everything up and see how much better it is.

I might trade my FD wheels for some Rota J-Mag's. What do you guys think?

Um, no....just my opinion though.

Nah...RH were not limited to just one make. As others have said ask for or check for a stamp on the inside of the wheel and IIRC ALL Racing Harts were marked on the front side via spoke or lip. Of course those stickers could have been removed over time....

Mounted one of the wife's stock wheels Friday night prior to selling them Saturday morning. So for anyone interested in how 2010 Mazda3i Touring 16" wheels look on the P5, here you go. You'll just have to use your imagination though to get eliminate some wheel gap and add rubber. lol

decided not to sell the msp 03.5 racing harts anymore...i think i went through a lil too much trouble to get them and selling them makes me sad...im just gona go ahead and get it touched up and repainted a special brilliant coating color like the enkei rp03's.

so now i am short 750 to getting coilovers and hopefully i can get it by august and sell my current setup to someone here who got dibs already!!! :D

go to advanced auto, 12 bucks for a complete o-ring set for an injector, or buy from scratch

Mmmm, MSP Enkei-Harts. I want to put mine back on the P5, but my tires are crap.

so went and talked to a local shop here in MD about things that get checked for state inspections...there's no way in hell i will be passing without dropping some cash first. so on the list of things i need to find and buy include, but not limited to, rear wiper motor, stock plugs for low beam bulbs, tint-removal (and reinstallation after inspection:)), alignment, new O2 sensor, and maybe one or two other little do-hickies.

damn you MD, damn you.

u can always get around inspections, u just gotta know the right people mann. find a shop that doesnt give a s***. NY's inspection is a pain in the ass, but there are plenty of shops that, as long as u dont have a check engine light on,they'll plug ur car into the computer and give u a sticker. forget that rear wiper and all that useless bulls***

lol im currently working on finding a shop that doesnt give a rats ass. not looking to hopeful just yet saying i am new to the area. but yeah i think i'll just get the plug and take off the rear wiper motor and arm for the time being. I havent used it in the 2+ years i've had the car so why do i need to start now? lol

ahhh, why does nobody make a 3" exhaust for the P5?!!! thats all im asking for!

im starting to get tired of my ******* loud car, but its either loud and fast, or quiet and slow, the 2.25" piping of my old exhaust really restricts stuff
