Deactivate Bose Sub?

Hey I just put in a 12" sub and 500w amp and no longer have a use for the Bose sub/amp. Is there an easy way to just deactivate it and not alter anything else about the sound system?

uh, the 2 lead harness under the passenger seat comes to mind

I just removed the crappy stock sub and threw it in the garage.
