What have you done to your Mazda6 today?

i have the HR's. wish iwould have went with the rpm springs. the car sits lower in the front. like its kneeling.

I remember that look. The front needed to be about .5" higher and the back about .25" lower and the stance would have been perfect IMO. Still drove great and didn't beat you up though.

dont you love it when you're just cruising around town with the windows down, sunroof open on a nice day, and you seem to hit every shift absolutely perfect and everything feels like butter? today was one of those days, which is nice because the other day was one of the bad days where you can't shift worth a s*** and the car was especially creaky/clunky

after doing all the adjustments and installing the TWM Stage 2, Jbarone SSP, and both motor mounts, i still from time to time will get a day where the car shifts like s***.. (unamused) i cant figure it out.. maybe my new ACT clutch will help

Got my papers today! Woohoo!
Gotta head over to the legal office & get stuff notorized while filling out/signing.
I got a 60 day/unlimited miles warranty from the Toyota dealership if anything happens...hopefully I won't need it.
Planning on taking the car to a mechanic before the final paperwork gets signed though.

I stalled it so much in the first week... its too damn hilly around here. And its not even close to seattle or san fran hilly

yea ive been watching my dad drive all of his manual cars since i was little so thats how i learned most of what i know.

i dont stall anymore i just let the clutch out a wee bit early in first.

I drove a manual car for the first time ever just over a year ago. And my mazda3 wasn't challenging at all to learn. This car is a different beast though... Compared to the guy I carpool with, who has driven stick since he was 14, I'm a noob

regular. if i was going to get a ms3 my dad would just toss the ms6 this way but he said id probably kill myself

QFT.
My Mom & Step Dad (RIP to him) both had sports cars while I was growing up in Miramar/Pembroke Pines (yes, I spent 10 years in the 305/954).
Mom STILL has the '89 RX7 GTU (its available for sale people, even though I'd <3 to have it lol) & my Step had an '89 Supra w/a big effin' turbo.
I drove the 7 a few times...never got to drive the Supra...my Mom blew the motor one day on the way to her job lol. I think they ended up selling it to one of his buddies and lives on as a track car.

I agree w/your Father though...teenagers do not need uber fast cars.

to be honest i dont want it.

I Plan on keeping my car for awhile so id rather have a NA for reliability.

Im at 46k in my moms 6 and no problems at all and its running strong so im set on the 3.

but after the 3 ill start getting into faster cars since ill be use to a manual car by then and such.

or if i really want to go fast in the 3 ill hit up tripoint
