Dude I just lol'd. Not at your expense but because I've been there MANY times.

Wheels look good...but paint the lip/grill before anything else...

i dunno, i like the grille, it makes the lip look good. if he were to paint the grile, i would paint the mesh on it and leave the frame "natural" it really compliments the lip that much

haha nice...ya..that should be a rule..if your drunk and you want to change the looks of your car...wait till the morning...its like beergoogles for cars...prob how all the hondah fanboys pick out their body kits...

on another note..im gather things for an install..

thermal spacer for intake...
street unit rear MM
and either a modded intake manifold...or when i do the rear mm install i will port and polish with vtcs remove the intake...

Did you own a Honda before, cause urethane lips unpainted definitely reminds me of them, especially when people say what you just said...

Unpainted Lip<Painted Lip...

street unit rear MM

Just curious...why did you choose the SU rear MM? I think my rear mount is going, and I was looking at the options...I'm attracted to the SU because it comes in 62 duro, while the AWR just comes in 88 and 95. Anything will be better than stock, but I want to minimize the inevitable vibes.

Soo.....On the way to work tonight, some little asshole in Littleton decides he wants to roll....yes i said roll.....a basketball size rock, boulder whatever u want to call it in front of my car on the darkest section of my ride.....Can we guess where this is going? BAM!!!! hit it at 45 avoided the front but smashed my DS rear wheel. huge hole in the sidewall......Not sure on any other damange, couldnt really see.....Wife came to the rescue with the 5.....I took the 5 she waited for AAA.......Will assess damage in the am, felt like maybe a broken end-link.! WOOOHOOOO!!!!!! Awesome!!!! I know!!!! But hey.....I get new tires!!! any suggestions?

that was the first one i could get my hand on in the FS threads..hahah needed one asap!!... i just didnt care...

i also have the sls side mm...which is HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY...its just falling apart at the seams... no email back from sls either..

as for the front motor mount it is a midevil mount i got locally.. no problems with that.. works like a charm..and i hate midevil..

ill let everyone know about the SU after install..

I've been really happy with RR-Racing front and AWR side inserts up to this point, but I am getting a noise I think is related to the rear being the only mount still stock. I would almost rather go for a really soft new mount like SU 62 duro rather than put the RR inserts in...they're pretty stiff themselves.

Just sent dub money for BC coilovers and AEM wideband. Bye bye money. Hello happiness :D

Also bought a set of rear endlinks from HKPro5.

If the car is stanced right, you won't even hardly notice the difference. You like Dubs on your mustangs or something??

No I think 18s are perfect, on Mustangs and P5s. But the S197 Mustangs have much larger fenders and 20s can look really damn good on them. The new 2011s with 19s and the 14" Brembo package look sick.

^^ what kind of noise? where is it coming from? Can you feel the noise?

It feels like I am getting a pop/clunk from something shifting when I shift or hit the throttle hard. It seems to be coming from the general area where the rear mm is. I'm not even going ot try to do it tho...I'll probably pay a shop if I can find someone who will do it for cheap.
