You bastard!!!!!! hahaha, I can't wait to see it. I pick my wheels up from the powdercoater next sunday, and they are 18x8.5 rota SVN's and they too are being done magnesium blue and going on a cosmic blue speed! Great minds think alike! I can't wait to see it.

Hhehe my wheels are lighter too ;-) but no i was seriously thinkin about going just white but then i thought well track day = black soot on rims= not good lol. Inside they look midnight blue but once they actually hit the sun.... Bingo they pop so good. I give props to Daonly1around too for doing orange rims, but MM Boost , i'll be interested to see what your color /my color look like .
I am pumped bro! Mine is gonna be an semi-aggressive setup. BC Coils dumped as low as they can do, rolled rear fenders, 5mm spacers all around, slightly stretched BF goodrich kdw 2's, and the 18x8.5" +48 (+43 effectively) SVN's in magnesium blue! I pick them up a week from today, then waiting for my tax returns to clear the bank and ordering my tires with new tire pressure sensors. I am having alot of exterior things and paint work done in the next 2 weeks as well with the wheels, so it will be a total look. This won't have some half assed look with wild color wheels on a speed completely stock and at stock ride height. I am extremely excited!
Can't wait to see yours mounted to man. What type of setup do you have going on it? Oh and your's might be lighter, but that's ok. I don't autocross my car I am fully bolted and tuned, so I am in good shape

MM Boost i'm fully bolted and tuned too haha i'm running on MScoilovers that i got from Mazdaspeed Motorsports for 1100.00. normally they go for 1450-1700.00 depending on where you get them plus i have some hotchkis F&R sways... i'm just waiting for rubber myself, i did have a set of KDW's don't flip a lid when those suckers wear faster than you can imagine though i've stopped investing in exp tires, hankookv12's or kumhoSPT can do the trick to be honest. GL with the set up and i'll post pics and you can post yours
Good deal man. See I have my 235/40/18 nexen n3000 (cheap, but very good tires) on my stock wheels now and were also mounted on my SVN's in that picture there, but I am going with quality sticky tires that improve well in wet conditions. I am only running the kdw's through spring/summer, then slapping the stock wheels and nexens back on for the harsher months.
hmmm I did some research on those Hankook v12 Evo's...apparently they are really, really good tires. has anyone owned boht these and the kdw 2's and can compare them? I can get them over $200 cheaper locally if I go that route, which has me seriously contemplating.
