question.does anyone in here know if the msp and the 6 brakes also fit the mazda3???

I don't think that anyone has made msp or 6 brakes work on a mazda3. You can look into mazdaspeed3 brakes or volvo (s40?)

Rotors and pads are on it's way to my garage :)
Unfortunately just to be stored until I can get my hands on some calipers and new 17" winter tires.

EDIT: They have arrived. Except from the front Monroe pads they are from Raybestos, have anybody tried out those?

Why dont the M6 calipers work on a 4lug?
I know about rotors that the bolt pattern is different, but whats the difference with the calipers?

try finding a rotor in the correct size for a 4 lug.

the caliper mount may be different too, but one problem at a time ....

Yes. I want to get informed as much as possible before begining any work, cause I need the car on a daily basis and want to do the conversion in a day.

the caliper for the 2.0l is the exact same as for the protege5.

however the rotor is a big problem. it's not just that it's 4 bolt. the depth of the rotor would also make a difference in it lining up.

MX5 NB FL rotors wont work?
I've got other options, but I'll have to go and measure.

I like the way you are thinking! I've been wondering this all myself too. I wish I still has a buddy w/ a MSP or an 01-03ES around to check the parts out...

Why don't you convert your car to 5-bolt?

Too little Mazdas around and to expensive (look at my location). 97% 323 here are 4 lug.

The same situation here. That's why I often import parts from America.
I haven't checked it out, but can't you use 626/MX-6 parts to convert a 323 to 5 lug?? (I'm curious about this question myself)

There's also 323F BA v6 which is 5 lug. But I never thought about that, too much to do and in the end I'll have parts from 20years of Mazdas :)

I need the car everyday so if there's too much fiddling around it, i'll just leave it the way it is and get better rotors and pads.

You should have the 5 lug protege es or protege5 in Serbia. The Familia platform was a world chasis wasn't it?? base models were 4 lug, midline and up were 5 lug

Only the top model - 323F Sport (equivalent of Protege5 in US) - had 5lug in Europe, all other were 4 lug, unfortunatly for us. So they are very rare.
Here in Belgrade I can count on fingers of one hand 5 lug 323 models - two are P5 (white and red), one is MSP (all three imported from the US) and there are two 323F Sport (green and blue) models. I suppose there are a few more, but these are the ones I personally saw.
