I agree, I'd say upgrade the oil cooler, and do anything you can to keep heat in the exhaust side of the turbo and that should cover your problem...

your going to need to go with a DIY external cooler...shouldnt be hard to put your hand on a universal kit. You will need to go with a higher volume pump which i would think you should already have (Doc B puts together one if you havent already done it)
Are you still running air conditioning? It may be time to ditch the ac condensor blocking all the fresh air coming in the front of the car.
THe Protege runs hot by nature. Running a stand alone turbo cooler will NOT fix your problems. Get a good radiator, a true triple pass like the Ron Davis, or a double pass like the PWR. The Corksport is just an open rad like the stock one, not much of an upgrade. Get everything ceramic coated inside and out o nthe exhaust side, keep as much heat in the echaust and out of the engine bay as you can.
the PS cooler does not affect the cooling of anything, it's just a tiny little line that goes in front of the rest. In no way does it affect cooling...*shrug* hey ya gotta make some comfort cut backs to go big. Your probably not getting enough airflow between probably a huge FMIC, PS cooler, AC condenser, Thick radiator, and a very hot turbo sitting very close to the radiator
^I'd didn't think he had an extra cooler.
If you havn't upgrade your oil cooler do that....
This is the one I used. I also used a Oil filter reloaction kit.

any kits you know is good ? post them up...
Well Ceramic coating doesnt exist in here, and sending my turbo and dowpipe or what ever back to USA for it will be ridiculous expensive.... who sells ron Davis Rads.. ???
