Floor tile project going on. Used the Ram (of course). 1,728# in the bed, 4,536# on the trailer.

The truck did squat a bit.

I wonder what an MS3 would look like pulling a wheelie?? I guess FWD would be useless at that point? LOL ..

On a side note, who was the poor S.O.B. that had to unload and haul all that into the house?!

had 2000 lbs of construction debris in a dodge ram 50 one time. that thing was slowww 1.8l 88hp boooyahh

... I can't vouch for that many sqare feet of tiles, but I can say it handles a 45 lb bag of mortar and 4sq ft of floor tiles nicely :)

Speaking of mortar... did those 6500 include them?? If not you've still got a chance to test you speed's load lifting capacity, lol.

My MS3 hauled a 32" Vizio TV (in box) and a 680 cubic inch grill on Sunday...at the same time. :)

I wonder if the Ram can handle 0-60 in < 6 seconds and hold almost .9g on a skidpad?

What's the point of this thread?

The point is to bring those who get e-butthurt when someone dare mentions their pride and joy is not capable of everything out of the woodwork.

You do have to wonder about someone who's been a member for ten months and that was his second post.

Actually, I wonder if the Speed weighed 5,300#, could it beat my Ram? Doubt it -- the Ram does 0-60 in the low sevens and handles the double-S curves near my house VERY well.

Nope, just the tile... My 300C will haul the thinset and grout tomorrow night after dinner. I did get the 1,750# of tile out of the Ram tonight. Man, that stuff's heavy! Each box is 54#. That's a bunch for this ol' man.

The Speed did haul 80# of critter food home tonight without any complaint.

Hey, everyone! If you have "Top Gear", the Bugatti Veyron in on RIGHT NOW!

Wondered about that... I've only recently been turned on the the program. Some o' the stuff they do is pretty weird. Others are pretty cool.
