So...to anyone that has Powdercoated the calipers...what all needs to come off to make it work...I took them apart and have two pieces now...I took out the rubber pieces on both ends, and now there is still a plastic piece in the middle around the center piece...it is the big circular piece...how do I get it out...does it come out...

Thanks...

Anyone have any advice on this...

the powdercoater, whoever it may be, should be able to take it apart by themselves... i would think. i'm not 100% sure which piece it is you're talking about. but feel free to post a picture. and we might be able to figure it out for you!

i'm thinking that should pull out or something like that...iirc-there's 2 "O" rings around the piston, and i think the rubber is just a boot, same with the plastic.. should just pull out.

Ordered motor mounts, bought a compressor, impact wrench, impact sockets, more deep socket and a buffer or whatever it's called to help keep her shiny.

all i need to get now is a flange for the turbo and a bung in my oil pan.

After 6 weeks of waiting I FINALLY got my Wedge Engineering seat brackets for my Sparco seats. Hopefully all will go well and I will be installing them this weekend.

I want Sparco's. (cryhard) Good luck on the install, I'm sure they will be sick!

which flange? you mean the turbo manifold gasket?

it's an easy install. you shouldn't have an issue.just using the wedge brackets and the sliders, i was too low for my taste. so i went to lowes and grabbed some 1x1 or 2x2 square metal..(the nameof it escapes my mind) and bolted that stuff in between the bracket and the slider. brought me up to a perfect level.
