Yeah, but if you do, and you go to court, AND you are right, not only will they have to pay to fix your car but also your costs and damages as well.

how cold is it? because i know with mine until the thing warms up its a b**** and all notchy. you live in tx so it gets below 30 there as well sometimes right?

Now this is interesting. We've got lawyers here in Phoenix that advertise on TV constantly wanting to sue someone for you if you've been in an accident. They even have catchy phases such as "Have a crash, need some cash?" and "Had a wreck, want a check?" Hadn't heard of one that specializes in car dealers. Might be worth keeping that link.
