Happy Thanksgiving everyone! It's update time.

The last two weeks since the last update were filled with progress. We have injector holes, and the flange/runner/floor-plate combos all welded up on these first 3. I am going down to the shop on Monday to triple check that the TB flanges are going on in the proper orientation, then the plenums can be stitched up.

The EGR flanges are being cut out of 1" 6061 plate, then drilled and tapped. Material and labor on those is going to be ~50 bucks... sorry about that, I know I said I would try to get it done for 40, but it just aint happening with the thickness and complexity of the piece.

I also found us a bitchin EGR hose finally. :) The length is right on the money for us... I will position the flange so it hooks up perfectly with no kinks. No 48" of hot metal line running around the bay like the home-depot/626 guys are using. (rockon)

I can get the hoses for you guys if you would like, the one I got locally was 22 bucks (vs 30 for the home depot hose posted in the 626 thread). The same one can be ordered online for 13 bucks, but the shipping on it drives it up over the 22 I can get here. If enough of you want one, I will contact that distributor about getting you some combined shipping and maybe even a better price.

If you would rather look for it yourself, the hose is a Brasscraft Stainless Steel Gas Connector. 24" length, 1/2" ID (3/8" ID should work fine too). I will be providing the proper fittings so it does not matter which ones come with the hose that you buy.

Hope you all gained some weight today, and have a safe black friday! Will update here again next week.

Meh, its only 10 bucks more.....I am not worried, lol especially since gas prices are back under $2 here for 93 octane...considering I was spending around $54 to fill up when gas was $4+ a gallon..and now I pay maybe $25..... Lets do it! I am definitely down for the hose too, I was gonna go down the home depot route but I wasn't going to be happy about the excess hose.....if the hose is minimal than I will get that also....(nana)
