I'm quite busy during the week but I will try my hardest to get down there and snap a few quick pics. Again, this was with the AEM wideband O2 sensor so I don't know if any issues would arise with the stock O2 sensor in that location.pics would help.

It's the shape of the AWR pan that is the problem. It's hard to explain if you aren't familiar with the AWR pan but its bottom is really wide. There is a cutout which looks like it was meant to leave space for an O2 sensor but it wasn't enough for me. Maybe if the O2 sensor was already installed when I installed the pan but there definitely wasn't anyway I was getting that on with the pan there. You can see the little cutout on the bottom right in the picture below. That's directly out from where the stock O2 boss is (well, at least where it is on the Corksport j-pipe). In reality it isn't really that big of an issue. I'll just take a 3" downpipe without the O2 boss and weld me own in.aem uses the bosch 02 like i have so if u can explain it maybe i can measure for it. again, pics would help but a drawing or anything would suffice as well.
I could mod the oil pan but I'd rather not seeing as it would have to be welded and welded pans tend to leak (this one is powdercoated to help prevent that). What I did was plug the stock O2 boss and had a new one welded about 2 inches further up the j-pipe (close to the s-pipe). The new boss is rotated closer to the front of the car. No issues yet but it's just something I wouldn't want to do to a nice 3" downpipe. I'll try to get pictures sometime this week.hey magnum have you thought about modding your pan to make it fit? or just plugging that hole and welding another one on the other side? but i havnt seen your problem so i dont really know how to fix it.

im trying to get it done asap. im not really waiting for any specific time. I just am testing the s*** out of it before its released. so that will take a lil time (as will the initial fabrication).
i hope not but jus take a look at it, hows the 3 inch gonna fit??
GHL did it, it's possible. Several guys on here have custom ones as well that pulled it off.
will this clear the ac or will you have to run an ac delete? i was looking at the stock downpipe and was like thats gonna have to have some crazy bends to clear that....jw
