Has anyone put a carbon fiber hatch on their MS3's? My factory one has a ding on it and I want to take the chance and replace with a carbon fiber one.

Any suggestions?
I think Fiber Images makes them but I don't know how it looks on an MS3 or if it is worth it.

Personally, a hood scoop sounds like a crap idea for our cars. It would not flow with the lines of the car and it would look way out of place.

Raised Hood > Hood Scoop (on our cars)

I agree with 08. it DEFININATELY does not flow. WE need some sort of a rear vented hood to get all that heat from the turbo out.

Carbon fiber from fiber images as sold by Street Unit. Several options on color, but I want mine painted black mica like my Speed3

Fiber Images does have a roof skin for our MS3s, and for some odd reason they offer an option of one with a moon roof, didn't think that was ever an option on our cars lol.

I like the DG Motorsports hood, its not huge like the Fiber Images hood. Still debating if I like the DG wing extension....

My uncle works at a mazda dealership. Its somethin like a grand and they'll put a sunroof in and warranty it

That is the one thing I really miss in this car.

They told me it would be about 2k because of all the air bags, I miss having one but that's a lot of money that could be spent on better things.

I guess i am used to the no sky thing, I suppose. Dmn thats a lot o moneys. There is something about your eyes that makes you very attractive P. I cannot quite put my finger on it though. Of course I prefer Blue eyed women myself. If I had a choice.hahah neat picture!

I love how all these actual scooped designs (and the photoshops) have the scoop centered, completely forgetting that our TMIC isn't centered. Offset scoop FTW, just like on the FC RX7.

Thats what i figured too, and it also adds agood bit of weight from prevoius reports. Less weight would be my main interest in the after market hood though.
