I reckon the power tailgate should have been the standard in our luxury model.

The rest of the USA options we dont have here in OZ dont really interest me too much.

1. Factory Sat Nav - my portable navman has more features including Bluetooth for my phone plus I always use the Navman when traveling interstate with the hire car.
2. Blind spot monitoring - I would be checking my blind spot regardless of having this option...just habit I suppose.
3. Factory DVD - I bought a portable DVD unit with twin 8 inch screens that attach to the back of the headrests, wireless earphones and remote control included for $400......The kids are happy without Factory DVD!

tools needed

I just purchased the full set of splash guards and I don't have a torque wrench to tighten the bolts, is this really necesssary? Also, what is PAC primer? Is this necessary for proper installation?

It's just splash guards. I did not use a torque wrench when I installed mine last week. I did not remove the liner completely(rear). I just removed the 2 bolts, peeled it back slight to insert the clips and then installed it.

I don't know what PAC primer but I used some alcohol to clean it up before I stuck it on.

Do these help at protecting the car at all? i just picked up a CX-9 Touring but forgot to consider this as an option.
