Also, anyone have any estimated install time on these? This is my daily driver, so if it's going to take me more than 6-8 hours or so, these really aren't much of an option.

Brach....Any chance I could get a modified Crank pulley....With only the inner belt Ribs....Eliminate the oter ribs for the A/C?
No point having it if I axe the A/C.

Yes, just remove the belt off the crank pulley. I won't make one without the belt ribs.
