I Need Help!!!

hmm, it seems like you did your install right.
Ive heard of one other person spiking to about the same as you are with the same boost controller.. PM Sharkdiver, I think thats hisname anyway. Was there anything you were supposed to do to the boost controller itself befroe installing it?
I know on my turboxs mbc I had to do something dumb.

I know this doesnt really help you, but I bet sharkdiver found a solution.

did you buy this used or new. check the install and instructions it sounds like you installed it wrong. if you bought it used take it apart and check for debri or carbon or anything in there clogging it. i had a kid come in and had me install a boost controller for him . it kept spiking like crazy and over boosting. turns out it was used and something got inside the controller and was blocking the ball from moving. re check everything over cause i heard forge's were the least likely of them all for spikeing

Sounds to me like it has the stiff spring installed. Mine did the same thing with the stiff spring. The forge will work awesome once you get it dialed in. It spikes a tad but I dont think thats bad though. I like a little boost spike because it helps to pick back up momentum everytime you shift. I was spiking 20psi holding 18psi and falling to 15psi when I had the bcd and stock diverter valve. Ive yet to put the bc back on since the forge diverter valve. But it holds alot better. Even with the stock solenoid it holds 16psi in fifth now. Once I put my dp on Im sure it will go 17-18psi.

hmm on my boost controller all the way counter clockwise would be at 100% you sure you turned it the right way. on my TXS BC you start with it all the way clockwise then turn counterclockwise in half turn intervals until you hit desired boost. i would check that first dude.
