i have pmed him... bout 2 weeks ago... still havent gotten a response, then again hes been outta town.. so we'll give it a bit more.

Canadians, I those that have not gotten there pulleys, your info is with the USPS Post master here in Utah. She told me that it could take upto 3 months to get to you. So what I am doing come tomorrow is sending off replacements to those through Express mail. This way I have a tracking number instead of a delivery confirmation and customs number. I ask that you send back the other pulleys when they arrive. In the future no orders will go to canada unless it's express. Shipping will be higher due to this.
Have you asked for an explanation? That is absolutely outragious! There can't be a single reason why something should take 3 months to ship to Canada, let alone the most remote place on this planet! We aren't blaming you on this one for sure, but wondering WTF?!?!?!?
I have been in and out of town for the last few weeks. Only a few PS pulleys are in peoples hands. That is because they either choose to get them bare or they where testing it for me. I am going over tomorrow and picking up the pulleys. I will be boxing and sending them out all this week. So you will see yours late this week to early next. They ship USPS 2-3 day air, however, USPS is not the most reliable.

That's right, from SLC to ALASKA then to New Mexico. Took over a week to get to him when it was only suppose to be 2-3 days and New Mexico is the next state over!
I was told it was yours customs. The only way around it is UPS, FEDEX or Express mail. Since most canucks do not want UPS or FEDEX do it fees I am going to try Express mail. If that does not work then it will be UPS.
Brach. Wondering what date you shipped the items? The longest anything has taken for me via 1st class is 1month on the dot. My suggestion would be to wait to ship the "replacements" until that whole month has passed (assuming we haven't already passed that date). What I don't understand is why they can't give you an estimate of how long customs is going to take? This is just weird...

I wanted them all bare from the gitgo. Is there some way to get there since I already have the alt & wp & waiting on ps? Haven't installed yet, could we swap a set of bare for annodized? I'd be willing to wait until I have all 3 then send them all to you & pay shipping both ways. If it's some crazy hassle then I'll just hang, it's a preference not a requirement thing.

If you have issues regarding your shipping please PM Brach. do not fill this thread w/ speculation in regards to Canadian orders. Im sorry but the USPS sucks and so does shipping to Canada. By mailing it the way he did he saved you money but this is what can happen. No one else (US) has come forward w/ any complaints regarding Brach so this is not his fault.
Any more argument/banter regarding this will be removed. Speak w/ Brach via PM regarding any concerns you have.

Same here. I always wanted the raw/brushed aluminum look. Does anyone know how hard it would be to remove the anodizing? Or Brach, would we be able to swap these out? I know you're extremely busy with these, so I'm not looking for an immediate remedy, but would it be possible?

They didnt ship the 23rd, they were supposed to ship all this week, but there was no confirmation of whether they actually went out.
