ok i've used the search button. and i have no idea what i should get. i know its suppose to be on step colder but does brand name makes a difference? well so far i got a cai and a 3" catless exhaust system. i'm going to get a fmic. 626 mani, turbo mani, and a few other things. so yea any help would be appreciated.
thanks

i ran the stock plugs for awhile. when i went to 12 psi i decided it would be a good idea to go one step colder. i heard those were good plugs so i tried them out. i dont have any issues with them.

I think those are the plugs I'm running if they are the coppers. They work great for me, I just changed a set that had about 15k and they looked good. I'll just re-gap them for a spare set just in case.

those are good plugs i agree. you don't need one step colder for your setup though. until you raise the boost i would stay at stock heat range. They're just going to wear out quickly if you install a step colder plug, no added performance/detonation safety or anything.

If you're still at stock boost go for the ZFR6F like stated above, if and when you raise the boost you can buy the ZFR7F for 8-10 bucks at your local auto parts store (you'll have to gap 'em though).

I agree 100%

I ran the 7's at 9 PSI or less and they were overkill.

i will be raising the boost up to 8 - 10 psi within a month or two... so i guess i'll get the 7's then... how long do i need to change my spark plugs?
