Where: Pro Technik (12999 Murphy Rd # F Stafford, TX 77477)(http://www.protechnik.com)

When : October 20, 2007 ( Saturday ) All day Event

Who: Anyone is invited (This will be a mostly Mazda event) Please dont miss this

Price: The price is going to be about 55 dollars for 3 pulls (If more than 25 show up then the price will go down)

At Pro Technik they have a great shop full of all kinds of Porches and will have plenty of parking room for all of the wonderful cars.

There will be prizes for the Highest HP, Lowest HP and Highest Torque, Lowest Torque, And the Closest to your Est Rear Wheel HP

We need your rides

1st Gens Rx-7 - 2nd Gens Rx-7 - 3rd Gens Rx-7 - Rx-8's - Mazda 3's - Mazda 5's - Mazda 6's - Miata MX-5's - and more... but if you dont own a Mazda it's no big deal come show us your pride and joy

I've been on the Engine Logics heartbreaker before..lol I belive there is another too but I don't know where. I am always asking about AWD dynos though so I will know my options here locally.

Here is a message from Chuck who is planning the event....


Well it is just over 1 Month to go, time to start preparing your cars for the event. For the people that have paid " Thank You"

For everyone else I am running out of time to get my deposit in on time, I just cant risk putting all that money down and have people that say they are coming not show up, so I have been discussing with the owner about each person paying for there own Dyno runs, but this is going to cost more.. SO

Here is the new plan...

You will have until OCT 5th to pay online at the Super discounted rate of $57 http://www.houstonrx7club.com/donate

After that I will have to increase the price to cover what Pro Technik will want. I still need to talk again with the owner to get the new price ironed out but it will be in the $67-$70 range

To avoid the increased Price we need to get your payment in by Oct 5th. I hate to put pressure on you guys but i need to make sure everything will go as planned

Hi All

Well i am having to go to see Sam about the dyno day, we have plenty, I MEAN PLENTY of people that are interested and I truly believe that everyone will show up. But the problem is that i need all of the money for the dyno day before the dyno starts. ( IE when I get there around 9AM i have to pay him the $1400 for the day) So i am going to try and talk him into letting each of you pay for your runs. The people that have all ready paid will have there runs payed for just like before.

The problem is not everyone will be at the dyno first thing, so i will not have the money for the dyno. This is putting me in a hard place, I truly don't have the money to pay for people that may or may not show up for there dyno runs.

This is a S.O.S to save the dyno day, if i cant work something out tomorrow with him then i will be forced to cancel the dyno day, or try and move it somewhere that will let everyone pay for there own pulls. One of the real reasons that i wanted to have the event there is because i know alot of people love there cars and don't want anyone operating there cars at full out, you know just about ever inch of your car and know when something is wrong, so if you are operating your car when you are doing your pulls then there is a better chance nothing will go wrong.

On the worst case that i cant get him to let everyone pay for there own runs, I will be looking for another place that can accommodate us in this short notice.

This problem has been created because of the people that haven't payed for there runs all ready.

I would like to say THANK YOU to everyone that has payed and hopefully I will not let you guys down.

Well guys, bad news we just aren't going to be able to make the quota for payments to hold the Dyno Day. We haven't lost hope, we are looking to secure a new date in the future. If you made payment already we have several options for refunds.

1.) Electronic, If you have paypal, I can instantly refund you.

2.) Check or cash. We can meet this weekend or I can mail you a check for the refund.

3.) Hold the payment. As I mentioned we are still trying to organize a dyno day in the near future. If you would like to be included for this event and remain locked in at the $55 rate we can hold the payment made until it can be utilized. Options 1 or 2 remain available at anytime if you choose this option.
