fiber images vented hood?

i Want to get a carbon fiber hood for my MS3....but i want to see a picture of the vented carbon fiber hood on *************** before i buy it>?

here is a mockup when they did my hood. this is not the final version, but will look very very similiar. The piece layed on top is just stuck with putty. The final version will have CF ducting as well. i still prefer OEM CF over anything, but those guys that are keeping their TMIC will probably like. Also, the vent will be situated directly over the TMIC. So that means it will be slightly off center since our TMIC stock is not centered to the engine bay.

+1 for vented hood. Before anyone (flame) consider heat escape while you stop compared to stock hood with ducting.

It is a little rice +3 looking though.

not feeling the off centered scoop, although its functionality over form it just looks like they didn't line up the scoop correctly... I think it would look way better if the hood scoop was integrated into the hood like the new WRX's.

Yeah being of center does look a little sloppy in a way. Probaly not enough to keep me from buying one though. We have a heavy hood...

wow that scoop looks dumb being off center lol. The should center it and make a duct that flows and seals the top mount

I agree. If they offcenter the scoop like that it will look retarded. Mabye if they redesign the scoop to look more angular it would look better.

Or they could just make it slightly bigger, extend it about 8 inches or so towards the drivers side so at least it's symetrical... I dunno if you have any say in this Cashmere since you seem to be the guinea pig, but maybe you should relay some of this to FI or SU before they make the mold and the hood hits production... Cuz the hood could def. use some improvements

you should just make the scoop a little wider, so it goes past the IC but is centered.. I would be interested in something like this though!(dance)

I like the Turbo II look of the hood. If I had a MS3 I would rock that in a heart beat.
