how do you all rotate your tires ? i generally do them front/back..I was just curious on how other people do it being that the 3 is in need for a rotation..

I always go Left Front to Right Rear, Right Front to Left Rear, and move the Left Rear to the Left Front, the Right Rear to the Right Front.

So your fronts go diagonal back, and your backs go straight forward. Then again, I was doing this way on a RWD, so maybe there is differentiation for FWD/RWD? It seems to really even out the treads, at least on my '94 TBird. I was going to do that on my MZDSP3.

*edit* I am going to follow my manual and get my first oil change (for free at my dealer for life, that's awesome) at 7k, and get my first rotation then, too...

That's what I was taught to do on FWD cars when I went to tire college. (yes, I went to tire college) Actually, it was bad training when I started working at a local firestone when I was in real college.

This still applies on MS3s. The tires are non-directional.

my first rotation was done by the dealer, and it way just a F/R swap.
I did the most recent one myself, and did what BluMicaR said: crossed fronts to rear, and move rears to front...
