Would the tps kick code p0103?

So i cant pass emissions. I keep getting code p0103. I replaced both the MAF and the TPS. Question is, would the TPS kick this code if it isnt adjust correctly or would you all consider this to be a MAF issue. Ive looked for frayed wires and loose connections to the MAF all look good. Old MAF was fried! hence to the replacement. Any input would be of some help. thanks!

if you replaced the MAF and still get the code, you may have to check the continuity of the wires that go between the MAF and the ECU. this will involve locating the correct pin at the ECU and using an electric meter. get the shop manual, and follow the procedure for checking that code. (page 01-02B-29)
