What have you done to your MSP today?

no, the ssafc is one of the few afc's that works incredibly well with the msp's ecu, if you hook it up right you won't have any codes and the tune sticks, the ecu does what it's told

screw it then. I'm getting the ssafc for christmas! Finally more boost and solid boost on the way! and a tune!

Stil gotta get a new FPR and possibly injectors too though first.

good choice, you won't be dissapointed, I pushed 28psi with a Walboro and 440's plus built motor and all that good stuff, just kept spinning bearings on a crappy put together motor, oh well, it's all history now

Afc it is. deal fell through with rush, but this is cheaper and doesnt need to be retuned. And I guess I won't have to worry about the Unichips odd problems some of you have had. Afc is a go.

hey it works. I'm gonna buy a CRX for 1500. or me and a friend might go half on it. But I get to drive it all the time cuz I want it for work.

Got a little motor swap, a ZC motor. Basically it's as fast as a gsr integra I've heard. But I'm buying it for work since its a 30min drive everday, not for going fast.

I can't wait. Can I install it myself, and load the preloaded maps myself with a labtop obviously? Ima have my 2 friends at a shop help me install, but tuning is something I'll let a pro do.

Is there a thread with all the install info and loading maps?

being preloaded means...no loading! just solder all the connections and heatshrink. Veddy easy for a shop. make sure you triple check teh connections and install it with teh ecu unhooked cause its good to reset teh ecu so it can learn, it WILL drive like crap out of boost for a few days but ittl get better, i promise.

yes a laptop and db9 connector is all you need (software included)

oooo I can't wait. I'm all anxious and excited now lol. 10psi map...yes. Does it come with a boost controller, or do I control boost??

And all I gotta to do is install it at first, no tune. Great news for me, so I'll just make sure when I order it to ask Ken these questions. Then install it then ride dirty.

My car is already fast. I can only imagine with this. The time i tested 9psi or 9.5psi on the reworked turbo... oh I'm taking out an Evo or Sti. Already took out a Srt4 long time ago(barely but winning is winning) stock turbo plus mods and spiking 8psi, never had the balls to run an Evo or Sti yet. but now!(breakn)

and ever since I got the new turbo, the wastegate is doesn't spike like the original one so I need a boost controller. When i had the turbo rebuilt I had a new wga from mazda that turned out to be faulty. Then had to get an ATP. So the Atp has a mind of it's own.

the atp would spike to 9psi 7psi 8psi but wouldnt hold for s***. Now it holds 5-6psi. It's weird.

sorry to hear about that, scott...hopefully you can find one pretty cheap...there were some in the f/s section that were going VERY cheap.
