I'm wanting to add a few more upgrades to my MSP but I don't want to do it until I get a SSAF but I have a MAC and was told that it can not be tuned with a MAC. Does anyone here own just a MAC and if so what do you do?
I have a Mac Pro with OS X Lion, but I haven't tried connecting it to my SSAFC yet. The R4 software isn't available for Mac, but I think you should be able to use it with Parallels or VMWare or any other Windows emulating software. I actually have XP installed with Parallels so maybe I'll try it out and let you know how it goes. I've been meaning to try it anyway...
You have to use Windows Vista or older, I am not an expert on Macs but I know you can run Windows in parallel like KrayzieFox suggested. Lots of people buy an old laptop to tune with since most people no longer run an old OS like Vista.
Thanks for the help guys.
-J_Naoto, is VMWare pretty straight forward to use and is it a pretty big program? I may just put it onto an external.
Krayzie let me know what you find out.
