ok...

so i decided i'd go and buy burnout3 today for my x.box, and i was talking about it with a coworker. "no no no", he says, " go and buy 'street racing syndicate', and when you get good and comfortable with it, we can play online!"

"sure" i think to myself. it has all good points i liked about nfs : u, plus licensed parts and such, plus its more realistic, plus its got good online play, plus its new. "it has to be good."

so i drive myself up to gamestop on the way home, and buy it. i come home, pop it in all excited, and after about five minutes of loading screens, i finally get to race.

and then i turned the ******* thing off.

i seriously don't know how much rat poison you have to ingest, who's got a mom with the dropsies, or who just sucks at life...but this game is ******* terrible.

anyone that made it more than 3min. in to this game must seriously have an inter-cranial disorder, disease, or is currently having an aneurysm. ******* worst pile of s*** i've ever played. ******* "tokyo xtreme racer 2" on my ******* dreamcast plays better...and looks better, too!!

i'm leaving to return it and get burnout3.

i've played ******* shockwave games that are better that srs.

honestly...in the world of video games that we live in today, "cities" have elevation changes, "cars" have physics, and "graphics" have detail.

seriously...waste of ******* money.

Thats funny as hell, we returned the game literally after about 10 minutes, we told them it blowed really hard, and it was glitchy thus it wasent, but we returned it , and got test drive eve of destruction, thats a pretty fun game as well as burnout.

Apparently I'm retarded according to you because I think the game was pretty good and realistic, and you can dyno the cars, heh. Bought a GS-T Eclipse and it was pretty bad ass. I hooked up an RX-7 to 704hp but I can't drive that RWD thing worth a s***, I keep getting my ass out. The only thing I liked about Underground was the drag races, the rest was a little too targeted at people with toyota camry's with window banners. Also, what the hell was wrong with Tokyo Extreme? Don't tell me you are one of those people who actually liked Midnight Club.

BTW, I live in Houston Texas, there is not one hill in the area that isn't man made. Never even saw a mountain until I was 14.

Yep SRS just doesn't visually appeal to me, nor did the car physics there is little sensation of speed in it. I also highly hate the bluring of surroundings when the Nitrous is triggered. Sure you can modify the cars, but the gameplay just kills it. Toyko Xtreme was a nice game for the time and still occasionally turn it on, but SRS is just to far down the tube. Can't wait for GT4, and least Burnout 3 has some real feeling of speed.

i havent played srs yet, might rent it first! Ive heard nothin but good about burnout though. I liked NFS Undergound cause of the graphics an the speed, I bought it mostly cause of the ability to modify the cars, but it pretty cheesy how you have to go thru the levels to get more mods..and even tint an spoilers an s***.....I palyed it last bout 3 months ago when it ocured it was kind of a riced out versoin of gran turismo,,, (ricer) .. and midnight club 2 was fun for the first few days, then put it up an havent palyed it sincebring on gt4!!!

Yeah,I guess I'm retarded too because I also think SRS is cool. The damage in the game is realistic as hell too.For example, the repairs on a car that has a body kit would be more than a car without a body kit. It's also the first game to have the dyno feature.I don't why you guys hate the game so much.Remember,at one time,it was questionable of wether this game was going to coming out due to legal problems.I think Namco did a great job with this game.Oh the girls are hott too(lol2).

HMM...I bought R Racing Evolution & found it to be a decently fun game to play until GT4 gets here.

i recnetly purchased SRS..i don't think it's nearly as good as NFSU..but it has it bonuses.

i really think i should have purchased Burnout3

Oh yeah you can pic up chicks too in SRS and get skimpier and skipier videos of them jammin to some music. It's hilarious. The damage thing was a nice touch too. What ricer doesn't have a ding? lol

I bought SRS on a saturday. On Monday morning, there I was at gamestop trading it in for Burnout 3. My gripes with SRS was that I wasn't very appealing to play. I like the licensed cars and the huge city, but the races were boring, the physics sucked and the chicks were horrid excuses for females. The first two chicks that I got were ******* she-males, ugh. Not to mention that the whole getting chicks to "hook up" with is one of the all time dumbest features of a game. If i wanted to look at some import slut shaking her flat ass, I'd surf the net. Worst game ever.

Yea, the game physics are so annoying. I think I liked the handling of sega gt better and the handling sucks on that game. But I think I'll at least finish off SRS just to say I did. Now I just wish someone could tell me how to not lose the back end of this rx7 with 704hp.
