Almost went that route...
I was gonna buy that until I saw the way it was set up. Then you gotta glue/sticky tape/velcro it over your existing column (I realized this was done cause of stock column seems to be glued together even though the screws are removed) which was OK with me. I just didn't like how it blocks the speedometer when the wheel is set all the way up. Then, I saw on my friends MSP that the wheel is dropped so he can route the vacuum line and wire's for clearance. I didn't like that, I couldn't find a clean way to run the vacuum line. My setup/solution, I bought the autometer 2"gauge pod in black ($20 Autozone or hookups at a friends race shop) and mounted it off-center left on the stock column. I'd have to admit I jacked the "scoobie's" setup but, the column gauge pod is original. However, I found a cleaner way to set it up using the "scoobie" method. My Advice, do your homework before you buy and be creative. When my friends heard I was drilling holes and tapping screws they thought it was going to be a disaster, nope. I've done this ca-ca before. When I get my digi-cam back I'll show picks (Hopefully before noon). Everyone says it looks clean. I think I've seen other people on this board with this setup.
