ok i had the same problem, you need to move your maf, between your bov and your intake manifold , and then put like a metal pipe on the cold air intake where the maf used to be and you will be all set. I drove it like that for awhile and it was fine but then some shop put it buck where it was and just made the couplets tighter and said it was fine, it might be the injen couplets suck and you might need different ones idk. But thats 2 ways i handled the problem
damn you bob haha. Well im actually considering it now, but ******* A my current bpv flange sits where the maf would sit. i had ryokurob on mocc fab that flange set up, and im sure I can have him relocate it but takes him a couple days to get to
I moved the maf further before the recirc line and viola, issue is gone. Since I was currently running the filter on the MAF short ram style, I just hacked up the other half of my Injen, hooked it up backwards and now have the maf and filter attatched to it cai style
but the main issue was that the maf was too close to the recirc-4 inches, if that, away from it. where as the factory injen recirc fitting is 11 inches away
