Ah, a difference thouhg, thats not the only thing i posted, hence it was a recomendation.

Seems like it's a split between Valentine1 and Escorts. I also read somewhere that the Escort was created by a guy that left Valentine1, so maybe there's some common technology that makes them both good.
I use my eyes and common sense and memory - know where the fuzz hide if you want to go fast, if you do get nailed get nailed in another state where they won't give you points in your own state. And if you do happen to get nailed and can't whine your way out of a ticket in your home state, get a good lawyer. A lawyer will be cheaper than paying through your nose for insurance the next 3 years.

Jeez, I was completely set on the V1 up until now. The Escort arguments seem stronger so I think that's what I'm goin' for now.

8500 all they way. Got mine hard wired.
V1's are badass but beep all the damn time. Also the guy who made the V1 used to work for Escort and designed the 8500. Also you are paying 100 more for something that beeps more and has arrows. The zr3 is another badass optionfor the 8500.
get a passive radar jammer while you are at it that will give you more time to slow down!
oh yeah the most important part the screen on the 8500 looks cooler! haha
