im sorry, i dont like the new civic si, looks kinda gay. i think our car looks the best 4 door and dropped. but thats just me.

IT's a program that's from what i hear is expensive.I had a friend make me a copy,but i do a lot of the work in microsoft paint.The color changes can be done in IMAGE EXPERT it comes with some computers. Animation ie. GIFs can be with an animation program off a site called (Downloads.cnet.com ) .You can get a lot of diferant stuff of that site.If you want to do some fine color changes or shading you will need PHOTO SHOP.BUT start cutting & pasting in paint first you can do a lot with that.
