Just waiting on out tax money to hit my bank account....With buying a FMIC and I already have a 3" dp, Greddy exaust, CAI, Unichip & Greddy Type S BOV (not yet installed).... won't I have to purchase a fuel pump or rail to compensate for all this extra hp & air?
See about gettin your unichip retuned.

Excuse my ignorance. Why does this thing cost so much when you can get a header for like $200?

this is not a header, its a manifold for the msp. replaces the stock cast iron one, gets better flow and bolts right up to the stock turbo

Yeah I plan on that. I have alot of other parts that I'm going to be getting here and there. I'm saving for billet rods and pistons also. If I dont buy the forged from M.A. But looks like money wise, all I can get at the moment is the FMIC from M.A. It's more expensive than the Hiboost, but I've heard nothing but good things about the efficiency, detail and quality. If I'm making an investment on something, it's for the long haul.

The manifold that they're selling is pretty pricey, but because of the manual labor, quality and ease of installation (well not TOTALLY easy), it's expensive. Most any MSP part is going to be. After talking with just about everyone else in the FI market with different makes and models, we pay pretty much the most out of anyone else out there. You also have to think about supply and demand. And again.... the quality of the product you're getting. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it even comes with a 10 year warranty? And there's no real adjustments to make and it connects directly to the turbo. Not all of the manifolds for FI come that way. I'm sure someone else can explain this better than I can.

Crap, can't this sale go on into april, like till i get a tax return, mine ain't coming for a while. Dammit, I should have done my own taxes this year, but I let my Dad take care of them.

Holy crap. I've never seen such a gain from a tubular mani on our cars!

Yeah, I'm going to try to save up here and there for replacement internals. With all this modding, I'm going to need them. I plan on being at 300 or more within the next year. I've also got to work on the inside. I dont like being all go and no show. But definetly got to think manifold, T28, and other upgrades also. This is never going to be traded in or sold. So... more than likely, I'll be buried in the damn thing when I'm like 90 years old. I dread the day I can't find my keys and my son is gone. lol

Flow mods first... good EMS that you can work with... THEN think about the internals. Don't let the blown motor threads scare you. Again, anyone who needs some confidence boost for their msp, watch my dyno vid.(evil) If you are nice to it and drive it like it wants, then it will hold up.

Yeah, I'm fairly confident with my Unichip. I'm going to get it tuned again after I add a few more mods.

When are you going to get forged rods? I'm interested to see what your stock rods look like.

BTW, I would jump on this deal for the mani. This might be the only mani every made for the MSP that doesn't require extensive relocation of the turbo. That's cool if you want to get a new DP, IC, intake, piping, ect. You could always wait till DC Sports comes out with theirs in 10 years(scratch) . No, it really is an awesome product. If I sort out my ignition problem I am going to get a dyno with the stock turbo.

The manifolds are not on sale at this time. There will be another Manifold GP Oct 1st.
This will be one of the last times the manifold will be offered in a GP.
