Mazdaspeed - the Protege

Has anyone thought of taking off the rear Protege badge..so on the trunk it would just have Mazdaspeed..Or would this look ghey..

Corey (MemphisRacer) has removed all the rear badging, and inserted black plugs. It looks pretty good. Not necessarily for me, but cool, nonetheless.

Hey, I wanted to do that myself (at least the Protege badge) - AGR - what kind of plugs? Do you mind elaborating so I'd know what to look for, where to go, etc.? I don't know why they hafta drill friggin' holes everywhere just for badges - the days of dental floss, hairdryer and bug/tar remover are no more with the MSP.

Yeah, I'd be interested in those plugs too.. I'd like to get rid of the protege badge. Tired of everyone looking at protege and not the mazdaspeed..

Yeah, there were talks about this before - I personally don't care what anyone says, cleaner is better imo - my car, my choice...I'd rather just have the Mazdaspeed badge, just because I know the average shmoe would be like, 'what is that again?' Hey, I don't have a spicy orange, so I don't get that as often....

Thinking about the plugs...ha! Too funny...
