Wondering if anyone has had this issue and how you resolved it? About ready to take it to a machine shop.

Yikes...did rust take over? Which screws? The torx bit or allen wrench ones?

No rust I actually bought the rims this way. Only one rim has this issue I believe someone tried removing the center cap for some reason. I think they're torx but could be wrong qty. of 2. I think I read one person ground off the old broken screws and tapped new holes.. if the machine shop is to expensive I'll look at replacement or leaving it.

Do you have a pic?

It's probably the torx then because there are two that need to removed to take the center cap off the rim. The others are allen wrench ones that are there more as an aesthetic. I can't recall if I have a couple of extra torx ones laying around or not. If I do, then I could send them to you for when you reapply the center cap back on. Hopefully you'll get it off soon.

Im thinking about taking a dremel and cutting a slot in the broken screw. Im hoping I can use a standard screw driver to remove the remaing screw.
