LiquidVac oil change?

Has anyone seen these things? Suck the oil out from top and no fuss with the oil drain plug?

Would this even work correctly? Only reason I found it is after trying to change the oil on my wife's 1998 Ford Escort only to find the frickin oil drain plug so tight on, that only some god can remove.

I doubt that would work very well. The contaminates are heavier than the oil, so that would suck the oil out, but not most of the contaminates.
