I can has black headlights for my P5?

Hey,
I currently have the chrome headlights on my P5 but I really want the black ones. Does anyone know where I can get some for relatively inexpensive? I really don't feel like paying ****** $400 for a new pair on eBay. Can anyone help me out here? Thanks =)

Do a lot of people do this? And how does it look in comparison to the real deal? Also, I have no ******* idea how to get the headlights off the car. Do I need to remove the front bumper?

It's a fairly simple process. Took me a few hours because I never really wrenched on a car before, but it's really easy to do. I can remove my bumper and headlights in 10 minutes now. The baking part is a little tricky, but is manageable.

So I got too excited thinking about having black headlights so I got up early this morning and got that s*** done before work haha. It was pretty much a flawless operation and well.....They look sweet! I'll post pics soon =)

yeah i did mine too looks so much better and as far as looks you cant tell it looks just as good actually it looks alot better than the ones that are for sale mainly because you didnt spend big money and only like 3-5 depending on your rattle can choice

All done!! They aren't the greatest pics because they were taken with my phone and the way the sun is hitting them makes it a little harder to see. Now I just need to get new fog lights!

Word dude, cost me $6 dolla for a rattle can and 4 hours of my time haha. I'm trying to figure out what I want to do next but I can't decide.

you can either polish some stuff of paint like the VC or something like that. Like repthamazdas the post above your pics he polishes anything he can get his hands on and it comes out blinging like no ones business. Look at his sig he painted his VC and hes gonna do one for me too. Its the little things my man

Personally I prefer my VC black with silver letters, I painted it that way last year around this time but eventually I'd like to get it powder coated so it looks better. I think the next thing I'm going to do is motor mount inserts and urethane exhaust hangers. Ever since I put my Megan CBE on it's had a hard time staying in the same place and I have to keep readjusting it so it doesn't rattle. It's just too damn heavy for those stock hangers!
