horn wont stop beeping

when my 2009 mazda 6 sits in the sun all day the horn wont stop beeping? any ideas

Is the horn on solid as if you were holding down the horn button? Or is the horn honking a steady on/off/on/off? Also are your lights flashing when this happens?

Most vehicles have relays to run different things and in most cases the relay gets power before the fuse so if you pulled the fuse the relay is more than likely still getting power. It may be that you just have a bad relay. You can also find the horn itself and simply un plug the power supply wire going to it.
