Hiboosted protege starting problem.

First of all, sorry if there is some mistake in the post, english isn't my first language.

I've been running the hiboost turbo kit on my proteg 2003 2.0L since last spring. I've been experimenting some starting problem when the outside weather is below 0 celcius (32 Fahrenheit). I read somewhere that the map for the haltech f10x could be the problem, cause it was tunned for hotter wheater (porto rico), but I cannot find this thread.

So, if you could help me, I would appreciate, because it is getting colder here, in quebec, canada and it is getting harder to start my car up in the morning...

If you have already had this problem or if you know how to solve it, please help me out.
thanks

My setting is :
IHI VF-39 Turbo (the original VF-22 has blowed out)
Cast Iron Manifold Cast iron downpipe
Bar and Plate Front Mounted Intercooler and all piping and couplers
Haltech F10X stand alone fuel management system
Air Intake System with 3" open element air filter
HKS SSQV BOV Upgrade
440cc Subaru WRX injectors

ok heres something for you to try. turn the key to the on position for 10 seconds and then back to off postion repeat this 5 to 10 times and then try to start and see if that helps it sounds to me like its not building up fuel preassure which would mean you need a fuel pump which you should have upgraded when you turbod it. also what are your afrs when it is runing? is it way too rich or lean?

my AFR suck. it's rich at idle (10-11) and lean when the turbo start to spool (15-16). I got an appoinment on the dyno to get tuned.

I'll take a look to the fuel pump. Witch upgrade would you recommand ?

Def get it retuned then. If it is indeed the fuel pump id say the walboro that came in the mp3 and msp try speedcircut they may have some
