yep, thanks to Ryan and James (RyanJayG and AODfan) we installed them last night. Took about 3.5hrs from pulling in (had to wait for some items to cool) to finish. Its so awesome. So much stiffer! :D Also its gonna be hard to remember the implications- not getting close to curb, etc.

BTW, ALL four endlinks ended up having to be SAWED off. (I knew they'd be a b****, so three months ago when I first tried installing them, I went out and bought all new ones) This time they are coated with anti-sieze.

ANYWAY- onto the pics!

this post- install pics
next post- this morning, lowered!!!

shittiest design evar.

Ryan should make a bunch of his and sell them. I saw his that he made- PWNZ.

If you wrap the strut body with something like duct tape, you will virtually elminate the noises that are the result of using the single rubber o-ring supplied with the kit.

Ground Control (rockon)

looks like ya need to bring the front end down a little bit...looks like she's sagging ;)
You mean lower like in my sig? The car rides a little rough when its lowered like that.....especially when u still have stock suspension. The ride feels better when the front is up just a little.

Looks good. I've been considering the GC's for my MP3. Quick question, how do you adjust the coilovers? Do you just jack the car up, remove the wheels and then tighten or loosen some fitting?

Ground Control Racing Suspension spring kits offer the highest quality components available. This spring kit gives you the option to customize the ride height of your pimp ass mazda. After several years of use in racing applications, spring kits have been adapted for street use. The systems unique design allows for easy adjustment. Simply lift the corner(s) of the vehicle that you wish to adjust, without taking off your wheels, and spin the adjustable spring seat up or down to raise or lower the vehicle. spring kits are also designed to be used with either stock or aftermarket shocks.

Looks great! I don't know if I'd ever get sleeve coilovers again. Too much noise and the ride is a lot rougher. Plus, I never really adjusted them.

One question though, what kind of support are you getting by putting your jackstand there?! (first pic)
