Looks like I'll be getting some major exhaust work dont soon. Pretty sure the rattling under my butt means the honeycomb in the main converter is shot. but...
Before that noise started, I was hearing a sound under the hood - almost like sticking a playing card in a moving fan. Do you guys know if stock exhaust manifolds can crack? I'm kinda worried that the sound is being caused by air pressure rattling the heat sheild. Only other thing I could think of would be a crack in the WU-TWC, but I cant really get to that.
I can find a WU-TWC, but all I can find online as far as manifolds go are 1.8L. Do you know if these are interchangeable, or if 2.0 manifolds are hard to find?
