Divider / Pet Barrier behind second row to keep dog in back?

Has anyone bought or made a divider that goes behind the second row, one that would keep a dog in the back when the third row is folded down, but that could be easily removed* to allow the third row to be used?

*Removed, but ideally, still carried in the car.

Thanks, Force-1! (Links are to third-party expandable barriers, which are a great idea, but hard to tell if they'd fit well without trying them.)

Based on what I saw in those links, I did some searching and found some that mount on the back of the headrests; I think one of those will work for me.
