Brake rotors.

alright, I managed to warp one of my front rotors over the past couple weeks and I need an upgrade..

no I'm not talking about a big brake kit, just some better rotors. I've been thru the whole slotted/drilled aguement before about wether they're drilled before/after casting etc etc etc...

I'm not looking for some ebay crap where some guy drilled a bunch of holes in an autozoen rotros and marked up teh price, I want better rotors....

So what's the best upgrade on these? I'm leaning to powerslots, because apparantly Brembo doesn't make anything for these cars...

Other recomendations?

IIRC Brembo does make rotors for our cars, just not dotted/drilled/slotted. Not sure where to find them though.

the only place I've heard the brembo name mentioned in reference to rotors are the ones that people have gotten off of ebay that were "manufactured by brembo, but drilled in house"

Brembo's site has no listing of any rotor for a Protege5, so I woudl trust that a little better..
(of course, it can be out of date also... Rishie?)

I have had good luck with the powerslot on my rx7, i sell them for $80.00 each for the rear and $84.00 each in the front for the protege5-- Chris @ SPD Racing 760-787-5759

I already saw that...

Hey iON, what do a set of Front's only cost? I don't see that as an option? (Silver, slotted for a P5)

Eric,

We have slotted rotors and pads in stock for the protege. They are like Under $350 shipped for the whole set. Also have the SS lines in stock and the porterfield pads.

Let me know if you're interested. These are in stock.
