ATP, MSP, 255, OEM parts

Wrecked the p5, so I need some cash to properly fix it. Here's some things I have sitting around.

P5 ecu - 75
MSP heatshield - 45 (also have a polished one that I can sell for the right price)
1.8lx cruise control mount (for use with aftermarket strut bars) - 15
BNIB slave cylinder - 30
BNIB 255hp fuel pump with install kit - 50

will the cc mount fit on my '02 (ES 2.0) with that strut bar? I have that strut bar and brackets, but I need to move my damn CC actuator. Will that CC actuator mount help me put that damn bar on my ES?

Krayziefox, just go to your local autoparts store and ask for a 3/16" (i think, dont quote me on this) e-clip. they are like .30
