Zoom Zoom Live (Boston Aug. 19-20)

The next auto-x in the Boston area (for people that don't pay membership to any specific club that autoxes) is on 9/3 at Ft. Devens in Ayer MA.

http://www.ner.org/Solo/solo.htm

It's a great place to flog your own car, but the 'waiting around' is about the same... and you get to work the course too as everyone that does an auto-x does something to help the event run, whether that be work in timing, work the course, help with sending cars to the line, etc...

It's an all day affair where you're there from 7:30ish to 5ish. :)

I just realized that that is the same day as a big family event.

I don't know which I'm going to. Ouch.

Maybe I'll try to get ready for next season. My fall weekends are booked solid with stuff for my wedding and my friend's wedding. By the time I'm done with all that it will be November. I guess I'll have to stick to week-night go-karting meets.

Kansei for the whole family !!!

My Mom would always ask, "Does sticking your tongue out help you concentrate better?"

NEPOC Gen II .....to boldly go where no Kindergartener has screamed B4

Those were between the MS6s and the RX-8 / Miata performance run tents.

Sorry I didn't get to hang out and chat with everybody!
I saw Bruce and "Audio" Chris as well as Mark and Josh.
I was parked with you guys for the couple hours we were there.
Ofc, I recognized Kansei Chris's ride in the lot, Not parked with us ?!?

I thought I saw your car parked next to Josh's, but then when we left the place *poof* it was gone. I moved over to the NEPOC parking for the pictures Josh posted :D.

The parking attendent directed me to the spot I was parked in and I didn't feel like communicating with anyone after getting up at 5am to drive to Boston :P

aha it was your car. I heard it and then I saw the blue and I was like "hmm nice". Then it clicked that it was probably you on your way to zoom zoom live :P

I stop at so many rest stations because I'm constantly asleep at the wheel. I can't drive more than 40 minutes without falling asleep a couple times.. time to make the suspension even more stiff! :D

twas sean and i. just got on the highway at exit 68, saw a p5 and as we were passing when you were pulling out realized who it was, but then it was too late to stop. stiff suspension and loud exhaust should help you stay awake

goldlines + tokico HP + sway bars + strut tower bar + tubular header + high flow midpipe + catback + loud music + punching myself in the face = I still fall asleep at the wheel.

time to get some painful coilovers, or if that isn't enough just weld a steel pipe from the spring perch to the strut tower :P

It's like my body is subtly telling me I should go back to using caffeine :'(

Was anyone esle pleasently suprissed by the mazda 5? The car/mircro-van, was a blast to drive! Lol, it's not a 3 or 6 but had some very nice handling.

To be honest, I was more surprised by the CX7. That thing was nimble for a big car
